🎉 What an incredible day at Preston Primary School! 🎉
On Wednesday, 23rd October 2024, Bocce Victoria, with support from Bocce Australia, hosted a fun and engaging day of bocce activities designed especially for the younger students. We had just under 600 enthusiastic participants joining us, and it was fantastic to see the excitement and energy!
We also introduced the school to our UCAN2 - Uniting Communities & Networks Together program, specifically designed for participants with social, learning, and mental challenges. The aim is to create an inclusive and supportive environment through the sport of bocce.
A huge thanks to our amazing team—Sonia Fava from Bocce Australia, Megan Griffiths from BFV Support, Marty Torimaru from the Furlan Club, Aryahi Khadilkar from the BFV Committee, as well as our dedicated interns Mohak Bhardwarj and Kunal Baria—who all worked together to make the day a success.
We also want to give a huge thanks to Macron for the wonderful t-shirts for the children and Evan`s Printworks for the fun wristbands! Your support made the day even more special. 🎽🎉
